what what Register at our
AViz Listserv

AViz has options for visualization of many different objects, including atoms, pores, quadrupoles, vector spins and connected polymers.

General introduction and atom example.

Electronic density is visualized using the dot option. See mini-review and download sample dataset.

Quadrupoles and Liquid crystals have coordinates and direction.

Vector spins have coordinates, direction and up/down orientation.

Polymers have serial connection.

Bonds between atoms can have variable widths as a function of length.

The objects can be in analyglyphic stereo (example) or

a more sophisticated stereo, made by Herwig Zilken at Julich, but not possible yet in our simple desktop AViz.
